One of our favorite places to visit each year during Fall is the Dallas Arboretum and Botanic Garden, to see all of the pumpkins and squash during the Autumn At The Arboretum event. Each year has a different theme. This year’s theme was “The Adventures in Neverland” featuring a Peter Pan themed pumpkin village. They claim to have over 90,000 pumpkins this year. This was Joshua’s first year being with us now that he lives with us during the school year. I would say he really enjoyed it 😉

Last year’s theme was, “Pumpkins, Squash and Gourds, Oh My!”, which is based off of The Wizard of Oz. We failed to get many good pictures of the theme this year. Patrycja was pregnant and close to giving birth to Bella, so we just got some good pictures of us and moved along.

The very first year that we went was by far my favorite. The theme was, “The Art of the Pumpkin”. I really loved all of the art created with pumpkins, squash and gourds. And Cinderella’s Pumpkin Carriage was a nice touch.
